Allows the use of a ZS44/28.6 (1 1/8") upper with an external EC44 lower. This version comes with the 52/30 lower crown race to allow the use of a straight steerer fork.

(swapping to a tapered fork down the track is made easier with the purchase of a regular 52/40 crown race)
