The Optimus Race Carbon Trail Wheels are meticulously designed for lightweight trail bikes. They deliver a nimble and dynamic feel, perfect for epic full-day adventures, and boast exceptional durability for aggressive trail riding.

The 28mm inside-width rims optimize trail tire profiles for reduced rolling resistance and ensure ample lateral stability and precision. Double-butted spokes and alloy nipples make for a controlled, lively ride feel. Hookless flanges provide rock-solid tubeless security and resistance to damage from impacts. Made from 6069AL with welded joints, these rims exhibit up to 166% higher impact resistance than previous generations of XCX Alloy rims.

The Race SL hub is equipped with a 4-pawl, 3° engagement freehub to ensure rapid engagement, essential for quick accelerations on changing terrains. A captive thread endcap means simple tool-free disassembly, simplifying maintenance tasks.
