The Hemlock 5L FLiP is a quick detach mini pannier built for trail conditions. Often referred to as a fork pack but not limited to use on forks. FLiP cages are the first quick detach bag mounts that have a use when not paired with their proprietary bags.

- FLiP Cages are fully functional cargo cages made to pair with any dry bag, Nalgene or whatever you want to strap to them. Paired with the Hemlock 5L FLiP they are a sleek quick detach mount. The Hemlock 5L FLiP mini panniers are a balance of durability and light weight. The Hemlock 5L FLiP is for the minimalist bikepacker that doesn’t need to carry much or has compact gear.

- To be both robust and lightweight we use two materials. Hypalon on the front and back where abrasion is likely and a ripstop TPU coated fabric on sides to lower the weight and be more malleable when rolling closed.
- The mounting mechanism is large and simple with plenty of room to clear mud and snow out of the way without issue. Riding on a 6mm bolt it is extremely robust and only requires a 90 degree turn in either direction to lock in place. The handle is made to be easy to use with gloves and ambidextrous so it doesn’t matter where you are standing.
- The FLiP cages are glass reinforced nylon and shaped like a traditional cargo cage. They mount to 3-pack mounts and have a removable foot to drop weight when it isn’t needed.
